This device was made up of 6 systems: Control System, Water Storage System, Drier Addition System, Fermentation Mixing System, CIP Clean System, Pipeage System. Controlling valve bank, pump and mixing motor, vibrator through control system. Then control the processes of premixing fermentation liquid, fermenting, cold storage the fermented liquid, mixing fermented liquid, discharge and mixing the liquid etc… And CIP will be cleaning by itself under the self-control system. Then it can be self-ferment, self-clean, discharge the scrap material automatically. Since it has characteristics of time-saving and accurate, so it could be a high-efficiency usage of materials, improving the qualified rate of the products, then productivity could be improved, greatly saves the cost of manpower and production.
